Territory served and currency
Presently, the territory we serve is Canada. All prices shown on this website are in Canadian dollars.
Purchases made on the wmaxwell.com online store are regulated by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
If an incorrect price is accidentally shown on the W. Maxwell online store, we reserve the right to correct it and require the payment of the price difference. Under these circumstances, you have the option to cancel the transaction.
Products ordered on the W. Maxwell online boutique are paid by credit card through the payment platform STRIPE, which offers the highest grade of payment processing security.
Shipping fees are based on the delivery address, according to the Canadian province of destination.
Quebec and Ontario: $ 5.50
Maritimes: $ 7.00
Canadian West: $ 9.00
Shipping is free for orders of $ 39.00 and more (before taxes). Free shipping does not apply to orders including pre-ordered agendas, as those agendas cannot be shipped at the same time.
Handling and shipping times
Preparation of the order usually takes 1 to 3 working day. Shipping times depend on the destination:
Quebec and Ontario: 3 to 5 working days
Other Canadian provinces: 7 working days.
Orders are shipped from Montreal, QC, Canada and delivered by Canada Post.
Canada Post informs us that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delays in deliveries are to be expected. More information here.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
We can not accept returns nor exchanges. However, if the article you have purchased is defective, we will refund the amount you have paid. To obtain a refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a photo of the defective item. The refund (including the shipping fee) will be issued on the credit card used for the original transaction.
If the product you have received is not the one you have ordered, contact us at email@example.com indicating the order number, the product purchased, and the email used for the purchase.
